Role: Cloud Infra HW Integration Engineer

Location: REMOTE – US & CANADA
 

Job Description:

Must have skills

1. Hardware Deployment & Configuration (Airframe, HPE, Dell)
•         Strong hands-on experience with hardware platforms including Dell and HPE servers.
•         Includes RAID, firmware, BIOS upgrades, and Dell EMC storage configuration.
2. Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Installation
•         Proficient in RHEL installation and configuration on deployed hardware systems.
3. EMS Tools Proficiency
•         Deployment and configuration experience with tools like NADCM, HP OneView, and Dell OpenManage.
4. Fabric and Network Configuration
•         Strong understanding and hands-on experience with fabric configurations including Dell & HPE switches (OOB, Leaf, Spine, BLeaf).
5. Orchestration Tool Deployment (CBAM & NCOM)
•         Skilled in deploying and configuring orchestration tools (CBAM & NCOM) and delivering related documentation (HLD, LLD, CIQ).

Competence
• Uses the deliverables of the Sol. Architect / Design Team: HLD, LLD, CIQ, DNP (Domain Network Plan), Cloud Certification Notes (CBIS, NCS, NCP, OCP)
• Good understanding of Networking concepts
• Should have good knowledge of a Lab or Datacenter to understand how Servers and Storage nodes are stacked, racked and cabled
• Follows existing MoP, creates MoP based on customer requirements for Deployments
• Performs deployment, upgrades, integration of nodes, executes ATP
• Provides timely status to the Technical PM and other stakeholders
• Good good troubleshooting skills and should communicate the solutions with stakeholders and customers
• Works closely with TPM and hands over the delivery of upgraded HW to the Cloud Deployment team
• Documents RCA, Lessons learnt and deviations to the blueprint solutions
• Design Orchestration tool deployment and deliverables are: HLD/LLC, CIQ
• Performs deployment, upgrades, integration of CBAM & NCOM.
