The following posting is a pipeline requisition, meant to accumulate candidates for 2026 graduate hiring. Qualified applicants will be contacted in concert with the approval and publication of identical, approved positions within HP, Inc.

HP occasionally offers work authorization sponsorship for critical need roles. However, this opportunity currently does not offer work authorization sponsorship and HP will not provide any assistance or sign documentation in support of immigration sponsorship including Optional Practical Training (OPT).

  • Able to obtain work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship in the future.

  • Preferred majors include (but are not limited to) business, accounting, economics, marketing, supply chain, human resources, training and development and law.

The base pay range for this role is $58,000 to $91,350 annuallywith additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
