About This Opportunity:
We are looking for a reliable and strong female caregiver with a valid driver's license to support a female senior client in Wailuku, Hawaii, 96793 who is experiencing dementia and cognitive decline. The client is still mobile and able to complete some personal tasks but needs assistance with supervision and physical support.
Job Details:
  • Schedule:
    - 2-3 hours per shift, 2x a week
    - Preferred days: Monday & Wednesday or weekends
  • Location: Wailuku, Hawaii, 96793
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with brushing teeth and personal hygiene
  • Help with light tidying and making the bed
  • Assist with bathing (2x per week)
  • Supervise and provide standby assistance throughout shift
  • Support with diaper changes as needed
  • Accompany to doctor's appointments (client has difficulty with stairs)
  • Light vacuuming and general upkeep
  • Drive client when needed (caregiver must have valid driver's license)

Requirements:
  • Must be female
  • Must know how to drive and have valid driver's license
  • Compassionate and patient, with experience in supporting individuals with mobility limitations
