Company: A fast growing roofing company is hiring in Clinton, NJ and specializes in helping homeowners with storm damaged roofing issues.

Position: Roofing Sales Representative to speak with homeowners, identify possible roof damage, complete basic roof inspections after training, and help customers understand their roofing and insurance claim options. No roofing sales experience is required, full training is provided for motivated candidates who want to build a high income sales career.

✅$150,000 TO $350,000

✅NO ROOFING SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

Responsibilities:

  • Canvass residential neighborhoods in the Clinton area to identify homes with possible roof damage
  • Perform basic roof inspections after training is provided
  • Speak with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claim support
  • Set appointments, help close sales, and complete required follow up

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales, canvassing, hospitality, customer service, server, bartender, or waiter experience preferred
  • Comfortable working outdoors and speaking directly with homeowners
