About the Role

As a Territory Account Executive โ€“ Real Estate Services, you'll be responsible for developing new business, expanding your network, and strengthening existing relationships throughout your Michigan territory.

You'll work directly with:

  • Real Estate Brokerages
  • Independent Real Estate Agents
  • Mortgage Professionals
  • Title Companies
  • Real Estate Offices

You'll become a trusted resource and business partner, educating clients on our home warranty programs while providing exceptional service and ongoing support.

This is a relationship-driven B2B outside sales role that requires daily travel throughout your assigned territory.

What You'll Do
  • Prospect and develop new business throughout your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals and brokerages
  • Conduct daily face-to-face sales appointments and presentations
  • Schedule and lead office presentations, Lunch amp; Learns, and training sessions
  • Visit real estate offices regularly to strengthen partnerships
  • Attend networking events, industry meetings, and community functions
  • Generate referrals and continuously expand your professional network
  • Educate partners on products, programs, enrollment processes, and best practices
  • Distribute marketing materials and promotional resources
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM activity daily
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support
QualificationsRequired
  • 3+ years of successful sales, recruiting, or account management experience
  • 2+ years of proven outside or direct sales success
  • Demonstrated success prospecting, networking, developing relationships, and closing business
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently while managing a sales territory
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Highly Preferred
  • Home Warranty, Real Estate, Mortgage, or Title industry experience
  • Existing book of business or established relationships within the real estate industry
  • Previous B2B outside sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree
