Requirements:

  • 21+ years old
  • Clean driving record and background check
  • Have some climbing experience (we train our climbers, too, but are requiring mid-level experience climbing)
  • Must be able to lift 100 lbs. and drive a large truck
  • Must be able to follow direction, work on a team, have a great attitude, and be open to coaching


Duties Include:

  • Vehicle pre-trip inspections
  • Assisting tree crew with basic ground operations
  • Driving a large truck + trailer
  • Operating a chipper and mini-skid
  • Assisting crew leader / your crew on tree removals, pruning, etc.
