SUMMARY:
Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner. Transports clean/dirty linen and supplies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
GUEST ROOMS
• Maintains carpets and upholstered furniture free of spots.
• Ensures walls and doors are free of fingerprints and smudges.
• Maintains bathroom fan and A/C vent free of dust or lint.
• Flips mattress when necessary.
• Maintains ceilings and baseboards free of dust and cob webs.
PUBLIC AREAS
• Washes doors and windows at SPA area.
• Maintains light poles and hotel signs free of dust and cob webs.
• Ensures that furniture and hard surfaces of public areas are clean and organized.
• Empties all waste receptacles in public areas.
• Maintains chairs and tables clean and organized at Bocce Court and SPA.
• Ensures walls and doors are free of fingerprints.
• Maintains ceilings, baseboards, chandeliers, and lights free of dust and cob webs.
• Ensures guest restrooms walls and floors are free of spots.
EVENT CENTER
• Dust inside windowsills.
• Maintains ceilings, baseboards, chandeliers, and lights free of dust and cob webs.
• Ensures internal windows and doorways are free of fingerprints.
• Maintains Cypress Terrace patio and gravel free of debris.
• Ensures patio furniture is clean and organized.
• Maintains carpets and mats free of spots.
RESTAURANT

• Ensures internal windows and doors are free of fingerprints.
• Maintains furniture clean and polished.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be able to work at a flexible and rotating schedule including weekends and holidays
• Must be energetic, organized, responsive, multi-task oriented

• Possess room cleaning, room inspection and laundry experience
• Possess effective communication skill
• Possess basic administrative skill
