Our company is currently recruiting an experienced Housekeeping Director for a Skilled Nursing facility in Englishtown, NJ.ย 
Housekeeping Director position is responsible for managing and overseeing the housekeeping and laundry services to ensure facility standards.ย 
  • Develop and manage housekeeping and laundry programs, policies, schedules, and Dept. Of Health survey process
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Manage and train housekeeping staff in cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
  • Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.ย 
  • Handle scheduling, budgeting, and reporting related to housekeeping operations.
  • Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Environmental Services experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, hospital, or healthcare required.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Knowledge of infection control standards and regulatory requirements for Skilled Nursing Facilities.
