Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of housekeepers to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage daily cleaning schedules to ensure all rooms and common areas are serviced efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
  • Train new housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
