This dual-role position requires both leadership capabilities and hands-on cleaning expertise.

**Key Responsibilities:**


PART TIME INSPECTOR/ PART TIME HOUSEKEEPER

2/3 days a week would be the following

- Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and other spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to established standards.
- Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and support to the housekeeping team to maintain consistency and quality.
- Carry out cleaning tasks where necessary, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens in guest rooms and common areas.
- Document and report discrepancies or damages to the facility management team for timely resolution.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating housekeeping staff shifts and duties.
- Uphold health and safety policies and procedures consistently.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed.
- Foster a collaborative work environment by supporting team efforts and adhering to property service standards.


OTHER 2-3 days would be cleaning rooms or helping in Laundry
