The Role
As an Inspections Floor Supervisor, you inspect cleaned rooms and public areas to ensure they meet brand, safety, and cleanliness standards. You support room attendants, provide feedback, and help resolve housekeeping issues throughout the shift.

What You Will Be Doing
• Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and quality
• Verify that rooms meet brand standards before releasing them for guest use
• Support and guide housekeeping staff during daily operations
• Assist with training room attendants on procedures and expectations
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
• Help manage linen needs, supply levels, and cart organization
• Communicate room status updates with the front desk and management
• Assist with cleaning tasks when needed
