Cleaning

  • Follow our cleaning standards and finish each area on time.
  • Restock supplies in rooms and restrooms — bathroom items, towels, and sheets.
  • Take out trash and waste and drop it at the disposal area.
  • Keep your housekeeping cart stocked, organized, and ready to go.
  • Greet guests with a friendly smile whenever you see them.
Laundry

  • Wash the hotel's laundry — sort, wash, dry, fold, and put away the sheets and towels.
  • Help keep the laundry room clean and organized.
Safety

  • Follow all safety and security rules to protect yourself, our guests, and their belongings.
  • Use all cleaning products, chemicals, and tools the safe way to avoid injury or damage.
