Job description

The Hotel Housekeeping Manager at Hampton Inn Boston Natick plays a key role in ensuring the hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. This position supports the Director of Facilities in daily operations, leads and develops the housekeeping team, and helps uphold our brand’s commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards
• Manage linen, amenity, and supply inventory
• Maintain cleaning schedules and department staffing schedule
• Utilize housekeeping systems to update room status
• Support safety procedures and ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years housekeeping and hotel supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push/pull carts up to 75–100 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques
