Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Traveling Task Force Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. This role requires a highly adaptable professional who will travel to various hotel properties to oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to assigned hotel properties to manage and support daily operations.
  • Oversee front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards across multiple locations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations.
  • Lead, train, and mentor hotel staff to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Analyze operational reports and financial statements to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with local management teams to develop and execute action plans for operational challenges.
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve issues to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with corporate teams to support special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
