Position Summary:
The Housekeeping Supervisor supports daily housekeeping operations and ensures guest rooms and public areas meet company cleanliness and presentation standards. This role provides direction to Room Attendants and Laundry Attendants, conducts inspections, and helps maintain a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support housekeeping team during daily operations
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality and brand standards are met
  • Train new associates and provide ongoing coaching to team members
  • Assign daily work and ensure productivity expectations are achieved
