The Job:

As Supervisor of the Housekeeping Department, you work side by side with your team of room attendants and public area attendants that meticulously maintain our beautiful suites and public areas to L'Auberge Del Mar standards. Your friendly, energetic, and professional personality will be part of ensuring our guests' stay is a memorable one and our team members are happy!


L'Auberge Del Mar is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who will lead and inspire a group of individuals who are considered the backbone of the hotel. The Housekeeping team consists of hard working, dedicated and passionate people, who take immense pride in their work. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work with, and supervise, this amazing team, as well as directly impact our guests stay. The Housekeeping team proudly showcase our hotel, with sparkling clean guest rooms, meeting rooms, bathrooms and public spaces. The Housekeeping Supervisor will work closely with the Housekeeping Management team to ensure all standards are being met, and our guests are enjoying a clean and hazard-free stay.

Requirements

Two-years experience in Housekeeping, preferably as a supervisor

Refined verbal and written communication skills

Experience in hospitality housekeeping preferred

Experience in taking care of guests in a fast paced environment

Ability to consistently lift, pull and push a moderate weight

Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
