  • Collaborate with Facilities, Programs, Early Childhood, Fitness, Membership, Security, Events, and other departments to understand schedules, special cleaning requirements, facility usage patterns, and operational priorities.
  • Set clear performance expectations; provide coaching, recognition, feedback, and corrective action; and partner with Human Resources on employeeโ€‘relations matters.
  • Manage housekeeping vendors and service providers, including performance expectations, service quality, pricing, contract compliance, and issue resolution.
  • Lead or support deepโ€‘cleaning, floorโ€‘care, equipmentโ€‘replacement, renovation, seasonal, and campusโ€‘improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with the Facility Director on the annual housekeeping budget and provide recommendations regarding operating expenses, equipment, and capital needs.
  • Provide periodic onโ€‘site leadership and support across all shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on operational needs.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Leadership and Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Directly supervise the Housekeeping Supervisor and provide overall leadership and accountability for the Housekeeping Team.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, individual checkโ€‘ins, performance evaluations, and training sessions.
