Location: Caprock Workforce Community, Mobeetie, Texas (East of Pampa, TX)
Position: Porter / Linen Runner
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Housing: Free on-site housing and meals provided

Job Description

Aramark Nexus is hiring Porters / Linen Runners to support housekeeping operations at the Caprock Workforce Community outside Pampa, TX.

This Porter / Linen Runner position is responsible for delivering clean linens, transporting laundry, restocking housekeeping supplies, supporting inventory management, and helping maintain efficient housekeeping operations across the property.

This is a unique opportunity to join the opening team at Caprock Workforce Community while receiving free on-site housing and meals. Team members help support a large workforce housing and hospitality operation serving one of the most significant development projects in the Texas Panhandle.

Successful candidates may have previous experience as a Porter, Linen Runner, Housekeeping Attendant, Laundry Attendant, Hotel Houseman, Housekeeping Support Associate, Warehouse Associate, Supply Runner, or Hospitality Team Member. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and supporting a team environment, this could be a great opportunity.

  • $18.00 per hour

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $18.00. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver clean linens, towels, and supplies throughout the property
  • Collect and transport soiled linens to designated laundry areas
  • Maintain proper separation of clean and dirty linen at all times
  • Restock housekeeping carts and supply areas
  • Assist with inventory management and weekly supply counts
  • Support housekeeping operations to maintain service standards
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures
  • Report damaged equipment, supply shortages, and maintenance concerns
  • Maintain clean and organized storage and staging areas
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications
  • Previous housekeeping, porter, warehouse, hospitality, hotel, or inventory experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the property for extended periods
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed

    This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE)
