Job Title: EVS Associate
Location: Riverside EpiCenter (Stationed On-Site)
Employer: Woods Cleaning Services

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented EVS Associate to join Woods Cleaning Services LLC. This role will be stationed at the Riverside EpiCenter but is employed directly by Woods Cleaning Services LLC, not Riverside EpiCenter. The EVS Associate will be responsible for ensuring the facility remains safe, clean, and welcoming for guests, associates, and vendors.

Essential Job Functions
  • Perform routine housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean facility environment.

  • Ensure cleanliness in all assigned areas including restrooms, lobbies, meeting rooms, and common spaces.

  • Safely use housekeeping equipment, materials, and supplies.

  • Report or correct hazardous conditions immediately to ensure guest and staff safety.

  • Follow established cleaning schedules and complete tasks assigned by the supervisor.

  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.

  • Ability to climb and work off a 4ft ladder when needed.


Preferred Qualifications / Competencies
  • Housekeeping experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies, and safety procedures.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt communication style to supervisors, coworkers, and the public.

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
