We are seeking a guest-oriented and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Housekeeper at the Residence Inn located in King of Prussia, PA!

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all guests and team members in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
  • Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and suites according to established hotel standards
  • Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and other guestroom supplies as needed
  • Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in guest rooms and assigned areas
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including tubs/showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
  • Replenish guestroom amenities, toiletries, linens, and supplies
  • Empty trash and ensure all guest rooms are clean, organized, and free of debris
  • Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and proper presentation before they are released for guest occupancy
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or safety concerns to the appropriate department promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in housekeeping closets, supply areas, hallways, and other assigned areas
  • Transport clean and soiled linens to and from designated areas efficiently and safely
  • Assist with laundry duties and linen handling as needed
  • Safely operate vacuums, mops, cleaning equipment, and other housekeeping tools
  • Use cleaning chemicals and supplies according to manufacturer instructions and company safety standards
  • Respond to guest requests for additional towels, amenities, or other items in a timely and courteous manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments, including Front Desk, Maintenance, and Management
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational standards
  • Maintain a high level of professional appearance and consistent attendance
  • Keep work areas, housekeeping carts, and supply areas clean and organized
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures and consistently exemplify company values in all interactions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping, hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
