Position Overview

A warm, professional family seeks an experienced, energetic, and highly organized Full Time Housekeeper to support the smooth operation of their active household. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-minded domestic professional who enjoys maintaining a beautifully organized home while providing occasional family support in a dynamic environment with young children. (Family employees a Live-In Au-Pair so child care support is very rare)

The ideal candidate is bright, enthusiastic, reliable, adaptable, and proactive. They will thrive in a household with evolving schedules, appreciate direct communication, and take pride in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping & Household Management
  • Perform detailed cleaning throughout the residence, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Maintain kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to a high standard
  • Make beds and change linens regularly
  • Manage laundry, including washing, folding, ironing, and garment care
  • Wash, dry, unload, and properly store dishes
  • Organize closets, storage spaces, and household inventory
  • Restock household and personal care supplies
  • Manage garbage, recycling, and household waste removal
  • Pick up toys, clutter, and maintain overall household order
Family Support
  • Provide occasional childcare assistance as needed
  • Assist with daily household routines and family logistics

Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  •  30 hours per week guaranteed
  • Typical schedule: In between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible)
  • Flexibility appreciated based on household needs
Compensation & Benefits (Based on long term agreement)
  • Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience
  • Annual compensation range: $54,600 – $62,400
  • 3 paid sick/personal days
