Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Personal & Household Assistant to provide approximately 15 hours of support each week. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, solving problems, and helping a busy family stay organized.
The ideal candidate is trustworthy, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. This position requires someone who can work independently, maintain confidentiality, and seamlessly manage a variety of personal, household, and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Household Management
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and functional home.
  • Create and maintain household organization systems.
  • Coordinate with house cleaners, maintenance providers, contractors, and other household vendors.
  • Manage household inventory and maintain shopping lists.
  • Grocery shop and keep the kitchen stocked.
  • Assist with meal preparation during busy weeks.
  • Pick up prescriptions, packages, dry cleaning, and other household items as needed.
  • Assist with seasonal organization and household projects.
Family Support
  • Help ensure children have needed supplies, school forms, uniforms, sports equipment, and other essentials.
  • Coordinate transportation logistics when needed.
  • Assist with planning for family activities, appointments, and special events.
  • Help keep family schedules organized and running smoothly.
Administrative & Personal Assistance
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and personal commitments.
