Position Highlights

The RN Case Manager/Household Nurse Manger LTC will primarily be responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing by providing clinical leadership for the organization. The Household Nurse Manager will support the mission, vision and values of Whispering Heights and will collaborate in the planning, directing and facilitating of clinical operations to ensure regulatory compliance. This role will ensure that a culture of resident centered care will be promoted and maintained. Other responsibilities will include MDS coordination and submission, emergency preparedness, staff education and orientation, quality data collection, antibiotic stewardship, and infection prevention. This position advocates exceptional service and extraordinary care for every resident and co-worker at Whispering Heights.
