We are looking for 1st Shift Painter to support our team at our location in EMI Alpharetta, Georgia.
SUMMARY:
Manually spray product to customer specification utilizing the provided powder spray system.
Hours: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver a uniform, high-quality powder finish on the product.
  • Understand the principles of powder painting.
  • Keep the department safe, clean, and organized.
  • Locate and select the proper paint that is to be sprayed on particular parts (correct part#)
  • Keep an accurate count of paint colors as it is used and put back into stock.
  • Identify and trouble shoot finish problems.
  • Clean out and replenish the paint filter in the spray booth.
  • Wipe the collection booth down and prep for the next color.
  • Be able to stay in place for extended periods to keep the product moving.
