Hourly Range

$20 to $25.00/hr

As a Catering Delivery Driver at SIE Culinary Management, you play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our back and front of house operations. This position combines guest relationship with delivery driver duties to ensure the smooth flow of catering operations.


Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

  • Clean driving record & active drivers license.

  • Customer service experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations.

  • Reliable and punctual.


Description of Job Duties


Delivery Driving

  • Ability to follow checklists and procedures to be able to deliver the food in a timely matter and customers service

  • Guest interaction, clear communication, and representing the company and its brand.

  • Hand wash delicate items as needed, ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation.

  • Organize and store cleaned items efficiently.

  • Follow a route and schedule to hit delivery deadlines.

  • Work with catering leads in organizing and packing the food appropriately in accordance with the order schedule.


Stocking Operations

  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and expiration dates.

  • Implement a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system to ensure product freshness.


Customer Interaction

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

  • Uphold the company's commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.


Team Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen to ensure smooth operations.

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks and address any challenges.

  • Assist in training new staff members as needed.


Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Keep surfaces, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized.

  • Keep delivery car clean, tank full of gas, and pay attention to maintenance needs and preventative maintenance schedule

  • Assist in routine cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic environment.

Ability to drive a large vehicle.
