Are you passionate about helping others live their best life while also taking on a leadership role? Join our team at Fast-Trans as a House Lead and play a key role in supporting individuals on the ID, BI, or HAB waiver to thrive at home and in their community.
As a House Lead, you’ll provide direct support to individuals while helping oversee the daily operation of the home, mentor DSP staff, and ensure services are delivered in a safe, organized, and person-centered way.
Current Openings
We are currently seeking full-time House Leads for our group homes. 
First shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. 
Every other weekend is required. 
What You’ll Do
As a House Lead, you’ll work directly with individuals and staff to:
  • Support personal care, daily living skills, independence, and community involvement.
  • Help maintain daily house routines, including appointments, transportation, grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, and household needs.
  • Mentor, train, and support Direct Support Professionals working in the home.
  • Assist with staff scheduling to ensure shifts are covered while helping minimize overtime.
  • Complete and monitor required documentation, including daily notes, incident reports, behavior tracking, ADLs, and other compliance-related tasks.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to staff to promote consistency and quality care.
  • Communicate household needs, maintenance concerns, supplies, and client-related updates to management.
  • Assist with client progress reports, intake processes, ISP meetings, assessments, and other assigned duties.
  • Use positive support and de-escalation strategies to help maintain a safe and supportive environment.
