Position Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Retrofit Install Technician who knows how to take a job from drawing to done. You’ll be responsible for installing replacement HVAC systems—RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, exhaust systems, ductwork, and more—in commercial and industrial settings. If you know how to work efficiently, solve problems on the fly, and deliver clean, code-compliant installs, we want you on our crew.
What You’ll Do:

  • Install HVAC systems and equipment in retrofit projects.
  • Interpret and work from mechanical drawings and scope sheets.
  • Modify and replace existing ductwork, gas piping, and refrigeration lines.
  • Set rooftop units, hang duct, run copper, braze, and pressure test.
  • Work safely on rooftops, lifts, ladders, and confined spaces.
  • Coordinate with project managers and field leaders for job flow and timelines.
  • Maintain a clean job site and represent All Hours with professionalism.
What You Need:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in HVAC install (retrofit or commercial preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and tools.
  • Comfortable with cranes, lifts, ladders, and physically demanding work.
  • Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
  • EPA Universal Certification (required).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: $30+/hour depending on experience
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (some OT required)
  • Supplemental Pay: Overtime
