The Opportunity
Kajabi is expanding its YouTube presence. As a YouTube Video Editor, you'll transform raw footage into engaging stories that educate, inspire, and keep audiences watching. You'll collaborate closely with producers, strategists, and creatives to create videos that balance strong storytelling with clear educational value.
This role supports Kajabi's growing YouTube presence, with Snowball serving as Kajabi's creative partner leading channel strategy, creative development, and growth. You'll work alongside Snowball's YouTube experts (27M+ subscribers, 110B+ views) to refine storytelling, experiment with new formats, and create content that helps entrepreneurs build better businesses while growing Kajabi's audience.
We're looking for someone with exceptional editing instincts, a strong understanding of YouTube storytelling, and the ability to shape educational content into videos that feel dynamic, polished, and highly engaging.
What You'll Do
  • Edit YouTube-first, long-form content with strong pacing, structure, and audience retention
  • Shape compelling narratives from interviews, educational content, customer stories, and product-focused videos
  • Collaborate with producers and strategists to refine story structure, tone, and creative direction
  • Create engaging short-form cutdowns and social edits from long-form content
  • Incorporate motion graphics, text animation, music, and sound design to improve clarity and viewer engagement
  • Balance speed with quality while maintaining organized project files and efficient workflows
  • Iterate quickly based on creative feedback and YouTube performance insights
