3. You will need to have your banking information (your personal bank branch routing number & your personal account number not a debit card number) to fill out the online direct deposit form.
4. Any necessary international documentation if applicable. Passport, I-20, I-94, & a Social Security card receipt.

Job Summary/Basic Function
The layout designers report directly to the Design Editor and place articles and photos into the layout of The Sycamore yearbook. They are responsible for meeting deadlines for layout designs for the website and for the book form.

NCAA Guidelines
All employees and staff of ISU are bound by all NCAA, Missouri Valley Conference and institutional rules and regulations pertaining to intercollegiate athletics and must conduct themselves in accordance therewith. Job Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Layout Designers are:
  1. Place content and photos into the existing templates.
  2. Work with the Content Writers and Photographers.
  3. Communicate with the Content Writers and Photographers if any issues with stories arise.
  4. Cooperate with all yearbook staff to generate ideas for the content and layout of the yearbook.
  5. Attend all weekly Yearbook meetings.
  6. Be familiar with and utilize design rules , typography, graphics, etc., as well as the software programs used by the Yearbook.
  7. Ensure that the layout of the Yearbook is cohesive and complete by the various deadlines throughout the year.
  8. Submit hours to department editor in a timely manner.
  9. Other duties as assigned.
