Title: Mobile Developer - Maui
Location: Arlington, VA (hybrid)
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional experience developing mobile applications for iOS & Android using (Xamarin/Maui).
• Recent hands-on experience with .NET MAUI and migration projects from native platforms.
• Demonstrated knowledge of architectural patterns including MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture, and the ability to choose the best solution for a given app.
• Experience communicating with UX/UI, product management, and QA to understand requirements, describe software product features, articulate technical designs, and present and defend design decisions.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.
• Proficient in Git with solid understanding of the Gradle build system, including managing, debugging, and migrating versions.
• Strong communication, excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain high-quality native iOS and Android applications.
• Lead or support the migration of existing native applications to the .NET MAUI platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure applications are optimized for performance, usability, and security.
• Maintain and resolve technical issues across the mobile app lifecycle, from concept to deployment and support.
