The Licensed Journeyman Plumber will be a Safety Champion; everyone is a Safety Champion! Safety is Priority One - critical to the success of the team, our Client and our partnership!
What You'll Do:
  • While taking direction from the Plumbing Manager, will handle commercial plumbing repairs, and maintenance
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with water systems, drainage, piping and pumps
  • Collaborate with our maintenance and property teams to ensure seamless service
  • Keep workspaces clean, safe, and up to code
  • Champion Safety for VRI and for our Client
  • All other duties as assigned by Client and VRI leadership
  • Join a new team and help shape operations for a trusted/established organization, within a brand-new facility on a brand new campus NEW VRI/Samsung Client - Brand New Partnership - " KICK-OFF": JUNE 2025
  • This is a large campus; currently experiencing significant growth, and constant construction.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
  • Licensed plumber in the state of Texas (Journeyman) - proof of license required
  • OSHA 10 or 30 - preferred; not required
  • Must have 1 - 3 years hands-on experience, holding TX Journeyman license
  • Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and tools
  • Clear communication skills and a can-do attitude
  • Valid driver's license & a clean driving record
  • Clear a comprehensive criminal background check
  • Pass a 10-panel drug screen
