Responsibilities:<\/b>

  • Design comprehensive UX solutions using prototypes and\/or wire frames for moderately complex projects<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with product development and testing teams to test and refine UX flows and validate work<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Conceive visual design solutions through composition, typography, and interaction models while keeping deliverables engaging and on\-brand, advocating for user experience<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Independently solve design problems while collaborating with UX designers, content owners, researchers, strategists, developers, project managers, and stakeholders in an agile scrum environment<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Leverage in\-house atomic design system and supplemental resource libraries to aid in the development of new and existing products.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Act as subject matter expert for user insights and UX best practices<\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Agile experience preferred, and user centered design a must.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Hybrid @ HQ1 4x a month \/ 1x a week.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User\-Centered Design\/Human\-Computer Interaction, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Advanced Knowledge of UX design principles and ability to apply them
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Significant experience in design fundamentals, such as color theory, typography and composition
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Significant experience in interaction design, visual design, and industry standards
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Significant experience in user centered design processes and best practices
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to interpret requirements into executable design solutions
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong cross\-group collaboration and persuasion skills
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to respond quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Advanced verbal and written communication skills<\/span>
