Job description

50% - Information Dissemination Support 
  • Draft written content for social media posts, marketing materials, and reports.
  • Support the Plain Language Team with accessibility reviews and user testing.
  • Perform tracking and data entry for KUCD publications, using APA 7th formatting.
  • Photography support (depending on skill level/interest).
    • Assist with photography, video interviews, or other photo/video projects.
    • Assist with closed captioning and basic video editing.
  • Graphic design support (depending on skill level/interest).
    • Create simple graphics for social media, flyers, infographics, etc.
40% - Research Project Implementation Support
  • Perform data entry and data management tasks, including meeting quality assurance standards of data entered.
  • Prepare documents and other materials for print/online (e.g. website or Canvas training site) publication through formatting and accessibility reviews.
  • Organize project information and files.
10% - Other Duties as Assigned
  • Perform duties such as photocopying, scanning, meeting or training preparation activities.
