Job description

ASSOCIATE I
Base Pay:  $10.50ph
Monday through Friday 40 hrs.
1st Shift 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
2nd Shift 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm + $0.50 Shift Differential 
3rd Shift 10:00 pm - 6:30 am + $0.75 Shift Differential 
(Shift hours may vary depending on the role. HM provides this information when a new role is provided)
ASSOCIATE I
  
Requirements:
  • One (1) to three (3) years of prior experience in the high-volume manufacturing industry, preferably electrical or electronics, preferred.

  • Be able to read, write, and follow instructions in both languages (English/Spanish).

  • Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers and average are required. 

  • It requires manual dexterity and the ability to follow directions, consistently. 

  • Fourth year of High School completed at an accredited institution. 

 Responsibilities:
 

  • It performs highly repetitive manufacturing operations where it is necessary to position, insert, or adhere a specific amount of materials, parts, components, and product.

  • Manufacturing operations may require the operation of manual and/or semi-automatic feed machinery or simple operation. 

Note: The manufacturing work environment requires the use of safety glasses, ear protectors and safety shoes.
Pay Details: $10.50 per hour
