Job description

You in This Role a motivated and organized Junior Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, and production-related positions. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who enjoys fast-paced hiring environments, building candidate pipelines, and helping operational teams scale quickly.

The Junior Recruiter will partner closely with manufacturing leaders to recruit hourly talent across production, assembly, inventory, shipping/receiving, and technician roles.

What you'll Do
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing and production positions
  • Source candidates through job boards, community outreach, referrals, staffing partners, and recruiting events
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with production supervisors and hiring managers
  • Assist the senior recruiters as needed with sourcing, scheduling and debrief.
  • Maintain a high-volume pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment processes
  • Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and workforce development partnerships
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Help improve recruiting workflows and operational hiring efficiency in a rapidly scaling environment
What You'll Bring
  • 1-3 years of recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience supporting hourly, warehouse, manufacturing, or production hiring preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working onsite with operations and production teams
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
  • High sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Previous experience hosting or attending job fairs
Preferred Qualifications
