• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards while fostering a safe therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care that addresses all facets of the client’s mental health.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying current with the latest research in mental health.

Our practice focuses on a diverse patient population, including teenagers, adults, and families navigating various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. By utilizing telehealth, we’re able to reach individuals who may not have traditional access to therapy.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, is essential.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport across a diverse clientele.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is required.

• Specialization in family and couples therapy, trauma-informed practice, or substance use counseling is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in utilizing various therapeutic methodologies and adapting to client needs is a plus.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and client availability. Benefits include:
