Job Title: Program Manager / Technical Program Manager

Location: O'Fallon, MO (Hybrid)

Job Type: Long-Term Contract


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale engineering initiatives and product delivery across multiple Agile Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cloud-based products, large migration programs, CI/CD environments, and cross-functional stakeholders while driving end-to-end program execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale migration programs and strategic technical initiatives.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery across one or more Agile Scrum teams.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical requirements and user stories.
  • Own product backlog, prioritize features, and define acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, remove blockers, and manage dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, roadmaps, and status reports.
  • Utilize data, metrics, customer feedback, and market research to drive product decisions.
  • Support cloud-native product development and platform modernization initiatives.
  • Ensure successful implementation using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Technical Program Management or Program Management
  • Experience managing large-scale migration projects
  • Agile/Scrum project delivery experience
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Rally
  • Experience with SaaS and Cloud-native platforms
  • Product roadmap and backlog management
  • Stakeholder management and executive communication
  • Cross-functional team leadership
  • Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Experience with Domo and AI tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience launching cloud-based products or technologies
  • Experience defining product vision and go-to-market strategy
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and distributed systems
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
