The Opportunity for You:

  • Build and maintain program roadmaps while managing multiple technical workstreams.
  • Partner closely with engineering, machine learning, and Responsible AI subject matter experts.
  • Help define AI safety evaluation strategies, metrics, and evaluation processes.
  • Organize ambiguous projects and create clear execution plans.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, follow-ups, and program accountability.
  • Lead high-visibility initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Coordinate technical discussions and ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Utilize internal tools and AI-assisted workflows (including prompt development with Claude) to improve program execution.

Key Success Factors:
  • 8+ Years of Technical or Engineering Program/Project Management Experience supporting highly technical engineering organizations.
    • Must have a strong Technical acumen sufficient to partner effectively with engineering and machine learning teams
  • Strong Responsible AI experience with a Passion for Responsible AI and emerging AI technologies.
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Machine Learning concepts
    • AI evaluation methodologies
    • AI safety
    • Evaluation metrics
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments.
