What is an hourly solar sub contractor?

An hourly solar sub contractor is a skilled worker or small business that is hired on an hourly basis to assist with solar panel installations or related work. Unlike full-time employees, these subcontractors are typically brought in for specific projects and are paid for the hours they work, rather than a fixed salary. Their duties can include installing solar panels, wiring, mounting hardware, or providing technical support.
