  • Essential Functions
  • Process all parts invoices and packing slips, verifying that prices and quantities are correct and clearly indicated, and forward them to the accounting department in a timely manner.
  • Track all incoming and outgoing parts.
  • Check in parts orders from manufacturers’ overnight deliveries.
  • Handle shipping and receiving for manufacturer, UPS, and FedEx deliveries, and determine each package’s final destination.
  • Package and ship parts back to the manufacturer as needed, and complete the appropriate recordkeeping.
  • Occasionally deliver parts to local businesses.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • At least one year of warehouse and stocking experience.
  • A working knowledge of computers, including but not limited to internet research, Excel, Word, and parts catalog software.
  • An openminded individual who knows how to improvise when needed.
  • A selfmotivated individual with strong attention to detail.
  • A resultsoriented individual who enjoys working in a fastpaced environment.
  • A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
  • Work Environment

The employee works in an automotive dealership environment and may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, oils and solvents, fumes or airborne particles, varying temperatures, and wet or humid conditions. The noise level in the shop areas is usually loud.

The employee will frequently be required to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

    This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position. Work hours must be flexible and includes some Saturday's.
