Pay Rate:

$20.00 per hour for 1st Shift
$21.00 per hour for 3rd Shift

Shift: 1st Shift: 6:30am to 6:30pm, 3rd Shift: 6:30pm to 6:30am Rotating 3-2-3 and every other weekend. Must be able to train on 1st shift. Must be available to work either shift at any time.Why you should apply to be Machine Operator:

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator? You’ll be:
  • Loading and unloading fixtures with product into furnaces
  • Ensuring product setup is correct and sufficiently clean
  • Monitoring gas supply and replacing gas tanks as needed
  • Checking targets and melts for process adequacy
  • Performing tests to ensure coating thickness and adhesion meet specifications
  • Conducting batch cleanings at proper intervals
  • Setting up and separating product for processing
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Possess previous manufacturing experience, with at least 1+ year in a similar role
  • Are comfortable using both hands simultaneously for pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, lifting, stooping, and walking
  • Can stand and work for extended periods

  • Are able to comply with all safety requirements: steel-toed boots, no jewelry, no face coverings, and respirator usage
  • Are available for training on 1st shift and able to work any shift as needed
