Job description

QUALIFICATION: 1) Prior experience in supervision/security, preferably in an educational setting with a proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff and the community. 2) Must be able to walk the building, supervise students, provide security and maintain a safe and appropriate educational atmosphere. 3) Ability to perform duties with an awareness of all school and Board of Education rules and policies. 4) Candidate must possess character and responsibility that model positive traits for students.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Walk and monitor school halls, cafeteria, monitor washroom facilities, monitor parking lots, and the school grounds in general. Work positively with the Corporation Director of Security and other district staff. Other duties assigned by building administration.
