Baxter Planning is the market leader in Service Supply Chain software, and they are seeking a Project Manager to lead enterprise SaaS implementations. The role involves managing project plans, coordinating teams, and ensuring successful project delivery while building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple concurrent enterprise SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through stabilization
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, scope, risks, and customer deliverables
• Coordinate internal and customer teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives
• Serve as the primary project management contact for assigned customers, building trusted relationships with stakeholders
• Facilitate project meetings, establish clear expectations, communicate progress, and drive timely decisions

• Comfortable leveraging AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve planning, documentation, reporting, and meeting effectiveness.

• Experience working with global customers and geographically distributed teams.
