Position Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Rytec Electric is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to ensure our field electricians and project teams are equipped with the materials they need—when and where they need them. This pivotal role manages inventory, coordinates logistics, and maintains a safe and organized warehouse environment. • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials, tools, and equipment

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts

• Prepare job-ready material packages for field crews and coordinate deliveries

• Track usage, manage shortages, and ensure timely reordering to avoid delays

• Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal project teams

• Ensure warehouse is clean, safe, and compliant with company safety protocols

• Manage tool check-outs, returns, and condition reporting

• Load and unload materials for job sites, supporting field operations as needed

• Maintain digital inventory records using spreadsheets or inventory software

• Support logistics planning for current and upcoming projects

• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory coordination role preferred

• Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day

• Basic computer proficiency (spreadsheets, email, inventory tracking systems)

• Strong verbal communication and teamwork abilities

• Self-motivated, dependable, and punctual

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Competitive hourly pay: $15.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience)
