Job description

Blue Ash Health & Rehab, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. As an RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met within a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and document residents' health status and progress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care.
  • Educate residents and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Comply with all federal, state, and facility regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
  • Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred.
