Hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated grocery fleet servicing IN, IL, and OH across the Central Indiana regional market. Enjoy predictable daily home time, steady local miles, and top-tier activity pay.
Position Highlights
- Earnings: $1,700/week average (Top earners make $1,900/wk | $83,000/year cap)
- CPM Scale: $0.63 (3–11 mos) | $0.65 (12–36 mos) | $0.67 (37–60 mos) | $0.69 (61+ mos)
- Activity & Bonus Pay: $65 per trailer unload | $22 per stop | $15/hr breakdown & detention (after 2 hrs) | $7,500 Sign-On Bonus ($1,000 at 14 & 60 days; $1,250 at 180 days; $1,750 at 270 days; $2,500 at 365 days)

- Work Requirements: Physical capability for motorized pallet jack unloads | Flexible for night shifts, weekends, and mandatory holiday periods
- Record: Clean MVR & background check (Not SAP friendly)
