Employnet is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting productivity and quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Pick customer orders using pick tickets, handheld scanners, and warehouse management systems.
  • Verify product numbers, quantities, and specifications to ensure order accuracy.
  • Pack products securely according to company shipping standards and customer requirements.
  • Label, palletize, and stage completed orders for outbound shipments.
  • Inspect products for defects, damage, or discrepancies before shipment.
  • Receive, sort, and stock incoming materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting activities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report inventory variances.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts when certified.
  • Load and unload trucks while following established safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and OSHA safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping goals.
  • Assist with other warehouse and distribution duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • 1yr of recent long-term consecutive work history
  • Basic computer and scanner operation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
