• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique mental health needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities relevant to individual treatment goals.
• Maintain confidential clinical records accurately, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards critical to protecting client information.
• Engage with a collaborative treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing therapeutic practices and outcomes.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources within the community.
• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the mental health field to continuously enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge base.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona is essential before beginning the role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, tailoring your therapeutic approach to each individual's needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to facilitate effective treatment strategies.

• Experience providing telehealth services, including a comfort level with virtual counseling technology and digital record-keeping systems.
