• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately identify clients’ mental health concerns and craft personalized treatment plans that align with their individual needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for all participants.
• Develop and maintain appropriate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and other client records in accordance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver integrated care that supports client recovery.
• Offer education and support to clients' families, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process.
• Engage in ongoing self-assessment and professional development to remain aligned with the latest evidence-based practices in mental health counseling.

The clients you will serve come from various backgrounds, facing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your ability to provide culturally competent care will be essential in building rapport and facilitating effective treatment outcomes. By understanding the unique experiences of each client, you will contribute significantly to their journey towards recovery and improved mental health.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Proven ability to establish therapeutic relationships with clients while utilizing effective motivational interviewing and counseling techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration with team members and clients alike.

• Professional experience working in a telehealth environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience working with diverse populations and a demonstrable understanding of cultural competency in therapeutic settings.
• Specialized training or certification in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) is desirable.
