What We Do
The Lead Title Coordinator works with multiple parties to coordinate the resolution and completion of the title process. Monitors and tracks the workflow from searcher and contractors. Coordinates multi-site project intake and transaction management. Reviews and validates the accuracy of data contained within title orders. Verifies file completeness, obtains outstanding title documents, and approves completed files. Performs special projects. Assists with title production support services, process coordination across a broad group and escrow/title support.
What You'll Do
  • Provides support to escrow offices and customers. This may include assisting clearing commitment requirements and exceptions; searching, examining and interpreting real estate documents and resolving issues. Act as senior team member, resolve escalated issues, provide training to less experienced team members on how to respond to customers and where to find information.
  • Manages and monitors production pipelines and workflows to ensure work is prioritized appropriately, progresses efficiently, and meets established service expectations. Identify opportunities to streamline procedures, improve workflow effectiveness, enhance documentation, and implement process efficiencies that support consistency, productivity, and quality.
  • Communicates policy/procedure changes to team members through training, document updates, etc.
  • Acts as the team's resource and subject matter expert to answer questions and create resolutions using past experience, best practices and sound judgment.
  • Assists in scheduling and coordinating team activities.
  • May provide input into hiring and performance appraisals, but does not make hiring decisions or conduct performance evaluations.
  • Troubleshoots and guides others on wide variety of complex problems and identifies solutions within broad application and functional expertise.

Pay Range: $26.88 - $35.82 Hourly, Remote
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
